I am Gabriela Glaus, born, trained and professionally realized artist, daughter of the Swiss cycling icon Gilbert Glaus. ( More about me here -> ).
Here at Little Star Faces, my popular face painting service for children aged 2 and over, I make children's faces and hearts shine with happiness.
Growing up with a father who is still celebrated today not only as a Swiss athlete but also as a person and is considered a role model for many, I was able to experience a wonderful and colorful childhood full of joie de vivre, adventure and inspiration. These experiences of pure joy, full of laughter, liveliness and lightness not only laid the foundation for my entire life but have left their mark on my entire being and enabled me to freely develop all of my talents, thereby strengthening my professional self-fulfillment as an artist.
Today, as an artist, I want to use my Little Star Faces face painting to awaken in the youngest generations those moments and happy experiences of joy, color and wonder that I experienced as a child. As a face painting artist, I conjure up exactly those carefree, happy moments full of creativity and imagination on the little ones' faces and open the doors to a colorful, artistic world that is just as magical as that of my own childhood.
And that's what I have been doing now since 2014, the year I founded Little Star Faces. Each transformation is tailored to the child's individual wishes and carried out with a lot of attention and the utmost care. This is done using high-quality and hypoallergenic materials.
